Services
I’m so glad you’re here. This space is dedicated to supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, home birth, and postpartum with personalized, holistic care. My role is simply to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as you birth your way✨
Home Birth
Choosing to birth at home allows you to welcome your baby in a familiar, comfortable environment surrounded by people you trust. My goal is to provide supportive, personalized care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience while honoring the natural physiology of birth and the unique needs of each family
Prenatal Care
Prenatal visits are typically about one hour long, allowing plenty of time to check in on both you and your baby while also building a trusting relationship throughout pregnancy. During these visits we discuss nutrition, emotional wellbeing, birth preparation, questions you may have, and anything else that comes up along the way. We are ensuring that your pregnancy remains low risk and monitoring the health of you and your baby!
Prenatal care focuses on supporting a healthy pregnancy while preparing you and your partner for the birth experience ahead. Around 36 weeks, we will also schedule a home visit where we review birth supplies, discuss labor plans, and make sure your birth space feels comfortable and prepared.
Labor & Birth
Beginning at 37 weeks, I am on call for your birth. When active labor begins, I come to your home and remain with you throughout labor and the birth of your baby. My role during labor is to support the natural process of birth, monitor the wellbeing of both mother and baby, and help create a calm and supportive environment.
A second licensed midwife or trained birth attendant will also be present for your birth to ensure safety and provide additional support.
Water birth is always an option, and a birth pool rental is included in your care if you choose to use one. Herbs and traditional birth supplies that may be used during labor and postpartum are also included.
Postpartum Care
Care continues well after your baby arrives. Postpartum visits focus on the health and recovery of both mother and baby, including newborn assessments, feeding support, maternal healing, and emotional wellbeing.
Postpartum care continues through the first 6 weeks after birth, allowing time to ensure both you and your baby are adjusting well during this important transition.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is a meaningful way to honor the role the placenta played during your pregnancy while supporting your postpartum recovery. Many families choose to encapsulate their placenta as part of their postpartum care, and it can be a beautiful way to continue receiving nourishment from the organ that supported your baby throughout pregnancy.
After your birth, your placenta is carefully picked up and prepared using safe handling practices. It is gently cleaned, steamed, dehydrated, and placed into easy-to-take capsules for postpartum use which aligns with the TCM Method (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Capsules are typically ready within a few days and returned to you with instructions for use and storage.
In addition to capsules, families may also choose to include a placenta tincture, which can be stored long-term and used months or even years postpartum. I also offer placenta prints, which create a beautiful and unique keepsake from your baby’s birth!
Placenta services are available for both home birth clients and families who deliver in a hospital or birth center.
Investment
• $250 for home birth clients
• $350 for families who are not home birth clients
This service includes placenta pickup (when possible), preparation, encapsulation, and return of capsules along with optional placenta prints and tincture preparation.

Functional lab testing provides a deeper look at your health and can be helpful when supporting fertility, conception, pregnancy wellness, and postpartum recovery 🌿
These labs help identify underlying imbalances that may impact how you feel physically and hormonally. Testing may evaluate areas such as:
• Hormone balance
• Nutrient and vitamin levels
• Thyroid function
• Gut health
• Metabolic health
• Inflammation and overall wellness
Functional testing can be especially helpful for those navigating fertility challenges, preparing their bodies for pregnancy, or seeking more personalized support during the postpartum period.
Investment
Pricing for functional lab testing varies depending on which labs are recommended.
Before any testing is ordered, we will discuss your health goals and review which labs may be most helpful. All costs and a personalized plan will be clearly outlined and approved before any blood draws or billing takes place, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

Functional Labs
Early Gender Lab
Early gender DNA testing is available through SneakPeek, allowing families to learn their baby’s gender as early as 6 weeks into pregnancy.
This test is performed through a simple blood draw from the mother’s arm in-office. The sample is sent to the SneakPeek laboratory where fetal DNA is analyzed to determine gender. Results are typically returned within a few days.
Many families enjoy learning their baby’s gender early in pregnancy as part of celebrating and preparing for their growing family.
Investment: $129
This includes the SneakPeek testing kit, in-office blood draw, and lab processing.
To schedule your test, please visit the Contact page to book a lab appointment. ✨
NIPT Lab
We offer Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) through Natera, a blood test that screens for certain chromosomal conditions during pregnancy.
NIPT analyzes small fragments of fetal DNA circulating in the mother’s blood and can provide screening for conditions such as trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), trisomy 18, and trisomy 13. This test can typically be performed starting around 10 weeks of pregnancy.
Results are sent directly from the lab once processing is complete.
Investment
The cost of NIPT testing varies depending on insurance coverage.
Many insurance plans cover this testing fully or partially. For clients without insurance coverage, the self-pay cost typically ranges around $250–$350, though exact pricing can vary based on the testing panel selected.
We are always happy to help review coverage options before ordering labs so there are no surprises.
